To return a product for repair, replacement or refund, you must contact LVI to attain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Please, carefully describe the issue and any other data required by filling the form below.
Products found to be defective are accepted for a free of charge repair or replacement for a period of two (2) years from invoice date. Defective items older than 2 years can be repaired or replaced at the customer's expense if the bill sent from LVI is accepted.

LVI will promptly send back a RAN to the email address specified in the form.
The RAN should be clearly visible in the package.
